Hi, I am Judy Peterson, The Business Doula.  I’m on a mission to help working moms to stay home with their babies, not by focusing on work at home jobs, but instead by highlighting 3 often incredibly simple steps to discover their calling and start a creative business.

One of the things I really love to see more than anything in the world is a mom that leverages the time before and during her pregnancy to start a business so that they can stay home with their kids – setting themselves up to make the money they need for their family’s needs. Allowing them to cherish the time and getting to be present for all of the little moments once their baby is born.

Unfortunately, and I hate seeing this, more often than not, the moms end up going back to work leaving their kids because they just don’t feel that there is any other way.

Thanks to my business I have been able to stay home with my own children while supporting our family financially. I have been marketing and growing local businesses in print and online since 1999 – when my daughter was born. Over the years I have worked with hundreds of clients to help them grow their businesses and I would love to help you too.
